Premium Quality Smith SC-12 Series Style Size 1 One-Piece Acetylene Cutting Tip cuts 1/2 - 5/8" thick metal and is perfect for general hand and machine cutting. Cutting tip requires 75 - 85 SCFH cutting oxygen consumption rate, 11 SCFH preheat oxygen consumption rate and 9.5 SCFH preheat acetylene consumption rate for cutting metals. Cutting tip also requires gas pressure of cutting oxygen 35 - 40 PSIG (torch 35 - 40 PSIG), preheat oxygen 10 PSIG and preheat acetylene 10 PSIG. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 17 - 19 inches per minute cutting speed, .080" average kerf width and 56" drill cutting jet. Heavy duty tip offers excellent preheat characteristics needed for machine cutting. It is compatible with Smith SC200/DG200 series attachments as well as SC/DG series hand torches and machine torches.
