Premium Quality Smith SC-12 Series Style Size 6 One-Piece Acetylene Cutting Tip cuts 10 - 12" thick metal and is perfect for general hand and machine cutting. Cutting tip requires 750 - 975 SCFH cutting oxygen consumption rate, 32 SCFH preheat oxygen consumption rate and 28 SCFH preheat acetylene consumption rate for cutting metals. Cutting tip also requires gas pressure of cutting oxygen 83 - 125 PSIG (torch 70 - 90 PSIG), preheat oxygen 10 PSIG and preheat acetylene 10 PSIG. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 4.5 - 5 inches per minute cutting speed, .230" average kerf width and 32" drill cutting jet. Heavy duty tip offers excellent preheat characteristics needed for machine cutting. It is compatible with Smith SC200/DG200 series attachments as well as SC/DG series hand torches and machine torches.
